Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a return authorization number (RA number). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Once you have received your RA number, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Affix the return label provided with your RA number to the package.
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
